Yuri's Epsilon Act I - Mission 3 - Operation: Scrapyard
Location: Cairo Suburb, Egypt - Player: Scorpion Cell

Having "borrowed" a Stalin's Fist mobile war factory prototype from the Russians, PsiCorps secretly meets with the leader of the terrorist group 'Scorpion Cell' in Cairo, who is willing to reverse engineer the machine in return for aid against the Allies in Africa.

Objective 1: Get 10000$ from Oil Derricks for Rashidi.
Objective 2: Destroy the American Embassy in Cairo.
Objective 3: Destroy the Allied forces.
Objective 4: Protect Rashidi, the Stalin's Fist and the Stinger.
